Good summary of the interview. I agree that the discussion about the "unofficial" move to stage 2 whilst awaiting for the stage 1 sign off just came across as a lot of amateurish flim-flam. The fact is that this stage 1 sign-off has been in the pipeline for months, supposedly sitting on someone's desk at Aloca, and scheduled to be announced in May. A sign off is now looking unlikely, given we have only 3 full business days left in May. It's hard to know what's really going on in this project now.
