over promising yeap, there are other companies that do the same, and i have 2 others in that vain,
and rip off shareholders with large pay packets with bonuses and rights issue etc, while non delivery is the norm...that irk me.
sure become millionaires but not without result of paying dividends to holders first, get rewared then and see where their efforts are then.
Those disclaimers that company announcement have at the end, sort of cover them but sure that misleading the market still could end them up in jail.
let hope it all panes out, but its nuts with deals to be done soon and well advanced and then nothingness. soon and well advanced means weeks to me or A month at worst.
