The timeline you posted is brilliant. No idea what you're complaining about. I don't think you do either. Unless you've sat on the board of a similar company, or ever dealt with international business and roll out of any product let alone pharmaceutical products. These things take time and there are more external world factors at play than are in control of the CEO - transport companies, national legal obstacles, and are you forgetting the exclusivity agreement?
The product is out there, it is selling well. You can't just launch a product globally in a matter of weeks like you seem to think is possible.
I dare say you'd struggle to set up a drop shipping account in the same amount of time. I mean your idea of aggressive marketing was to setup a twitter and facebook account for the product, and then try to get your own company to pay you for the rights to use it LOL. Garnering 60k followers on instagram is a little different to real world business cob.
