Rarely as a CEO would you put a time expectation on such a thing unless you knew you would make it and that you had all variables covered. If something left field is slowing the process it is a simple announcement. Have seen today that SPL Lawyers are obviously back from lawyers annual ski trip or Northern sun get away and some forced back by school timetables so no excuses IMO for not updating shareholders IMO. The only people I don't feel sorry for are the SPL shills caught with stock after contacting the company and thinking they had a scoop and a time frame for release of viraleze results and tried every promotion across social media and emails to run it up and create a buzz . Those trades became a longer term hold now by the looks of it?


As for results - odd for such a small dataset to take so long so IMO it smells fishy. Ya never know till they are released.

New CEO theoretically has no reason or history to sit on results as they are all before her time. If it is bad news she will want it all out of the way ASAP unless there are pressures from elsewhere but that is a dangerous game.
