Any sensible business, when signing a contract for 100's of millions of dollars in foreign currency will also HEDGE this exposure IMMEDIATELY through forward contracts, or other means.
So any subsequent changes to the exchange rate will have no impact.
If VBA have failed to do this, it will likely cost them 10's of millions more, at least, and at least a couple of heads.
