    No one (except Visa) is certain of what they were investigating that led to the suspension. It could have been standard practice for them, similar to ASX's practice i.e. suspend first then investigate later. I don't think anyone's sure at this time.

    What we do know is:
    - ISX has not been accused of money laundering - well, except by the ASX of course, and without any proof
    - Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, Union Pay haven't suspended ISX.

    I don't think ISX has anything to hide here. ISX taking the step to notify all its clients indicates to me it is actually publicising this as much as possible - would you expect that from a company trying to hide its activities?

    If there was any evidence of intentionally facilitating money laundering, we'd have heard by now.
