Because they're not interested in arranging capital raising so no need for RIU Conference, although it would have been a nice nice for potential exposure to the stock. Exposure generally warrants exit and profit taking. I'm glad they're not!! Following the money here
It's my understanding that there's already share price control, due to the substantial holders being the key players.
Excessive noise during a quiet phase is a nice way for insiders to target stop losses and flush out any would be weaker holders. Evidence of accumulation aswell as price trend is evident.
Those who profited and understand stock personality are surely buyers again, as monthly charts show historical evidence for this.
Gotta love an under radar uptrender that's not on every traders radar yet. By the time retail see stuff like this, they're getting it +200% premiums lol
