Exactly - but here’s the thing.
GA was not a QPM employee. GA and team would have communicated with QPM about the importance of the 28/8/22. It must have been on both companies calendars, right?
There is only so far a person can go with ensuring that another legal entity lodges important documentation on your behalf.
Therefore, if this is the reasoning for GA’s departure, the onus should not fall on them. Unless there are other issues which are not apparent.
The dates 28/8 and 30/8 are too close to ignore for that reasoning though….

This is a volatile period of time.
I would like to see transparency at the AGM about
1. Kipawa and QPM
2. GA
3. Nechalacho
4. If they have been successful in securing additional customers since their pump attempts at the summit: Who, and the details of coming transactions.
Need to have some idea about their direction.
