That is still only 7/20, maybe the poster assumes VMM will be using a higher cutoff than MEI as if we are meant to read his mind. And he should specify he is regarding holes with grades below the 1000ppm cutoff MEI used in their resource model as "dusters". I'd hardly call holes with 10-20% lower grade than a resource cut-off a duster. Semantics I guess.
