Indeed a very smart move by Gotta and now likely in a much tax advantaged position to build a new holding in VMT after cashing out many years of capital losses, must be a very good feeling for him to have come out the other side in a good position, very well earned as well!
I never did (and still don't) have enough faith in the company to put so much on the line like he did so I certainly hope it has worked out very well now
