You seem to fail to see that the major value we get from the deal are ADN shares that come with all the potential catalysts that you are talking about .
Any value of those catalysts to the GW project also apply to the other areas that presently MEP has no ownership of but as owners of ADN shares we will have after the deal .

I just cannot see that NN will be a big revenue earner in the future .
Compared to the multi millions being poured in by large teams of scientists generating hundreds of patents in the things we are researching our efforts are very small .
We are doing research using our particular feedstock so good things could come out of it but I cannot see us becoming a technological world leader .
We just do not have the financial power or scientific resources to do that .

The deal is a good one and will go ahead
