The CC tech is worth multiples of the take out price. I can see all the arguments for joining up with them, but they should let us VOTE on NNT and keeping that a separate entity. So for that i'm voting N.O to the derisory offer of circa $95M. NNT could be worth a couple of Billion Dollars. Our 50% share is worth a hell of a lot more than what we are being asked to agree on for everything combining. Simplification is one thing, but giving something away is quite another. DC
