Voting NO at upcoming AGM, page-42

Anyone have any comments regarding this acquisition rumor? Which is probably fact. Why not just drill existing assets for Zn and Cu? Is there some-kind of strategic insight in a new acquisition that I am blind too? And if the acquisition is fact then why would Noone not communicate business operations and strategies with his financiers/shareholders?

I would encourage all to vote NO for resolution 11. I would prefer not to be diluted in some acquisition of a hype REE or Li prospect.

If it does happen then i am selling out on the hype and liquidity. Not sure why anyone would think this would provide value to the business unless of course the DFS is a dud mothball project.
