Well I can't make up my mind up on this one...

I'd really like to issue some performance options especially to the staff on the ground (which has already been done).

My problem for the executive performance options is the 3 cent excercise price and length of expiry (5 years).

I'd be a lot more comfortable passing a resolution for performance options with a structure along the lines:

25% @ 3 cents with 2 year expiry
25% @ 5 cents with 3 year expiry
50% @ 10 cents with 5 year expiry

I'd even be happy to approve the cancellation of the old options (if possible) and re-issue them as extras in the 10 cents tranch with the 5 year expiry.
