Good point. Increasing the board is stupid. Add no value. Need more hands on people. Running lean is also nonsensical now . For a business to grow, you must have the right team and the proven step process is the right one here. Basically, as you gear up, get your team skilled and running, the costs go up without a corresponding increase in revenue. In our case, we don't have revenue yet but revenue does not come first. So the costs go up (horizontal line on the graph), then revenue comes in, (vertical line on gragh) hence the step method. It is now time to start spending and getting ready to earn.
