The downrampers are getting desperate to accumulate your shares. There's hardly any shares available. About 40 million one poster said leftover from management and institutions. At one stage today there was only 15 sellers left to about 100 buyers. What's going to happen when more instos want a part of vulcan? It's really going to drive the price up imo.
