What is the incubation period of this UK strain? If the speculation that infection was the potentially aerosol effect since I hear from the news that the security guard didn't wear a mask while passing meds to the infected traveller coupled with the initial negative test and only triggered when he fell sick, I am expecting community spread incubating that will show up a week or two later. Just having people testing on Sunday/Monday is giving a false sense of security.

No idea why the lockdown is 5 days unless it is not to cause public panic. Covid19 initial strain was estimated to be 14 days of incubation and unless this strain is more contagious with a shortened incubation period, no new infection for 5 days doesn't indicate anything at all besides the conspiracy speculating of a hoax.
