There are no panic stations here. Just chill out and realise that listed companies raise capital and it costs money to raise capital. Nothing illegitimate just the way it rolls as you say.
I would only be concerned if l wasn't a shareholder as this capital raising - albeit a change in funding source - will still have the same impact. We are moving from explorer to producer.
I am sitting on serious profits from Kaboko MINING, am a current shareholder and have no concerns. People without a shareholding and negative sentiment are seemingly getting a litytle hot under the collar.
