Sometimes I get the impression that you do not do much research on some of your statements..
By the time this NBN is built, 10+ years, Those ageing assets will generate in excess of $36B in free cash flow, not revenue, free cash flow.. Conservatively, you could use a multiply of 6x cash flow, normally 10, to value their worth..
If they were your ageing assets, would you hand them over for a Generous $8B?? Yeh, right.. They would have as much chance of that, as they would of me selling at that price..
