A number of people on this forum with iPhones have stated that this is the types of savings they are getting in general browsing. Android users aren't currently seeing these savings consistently yet. But i beleive that the next update will allow this to happen on Android. It has to do with how system wide VPN are handled in the different OS's. As an Android user I cannot post screen shots myself just going from what others have said and posted.
