I have just read what you posted and it would appear you do not really know what you are doing or buying when trading CFDs
You do not receive holding statements because YOU ARE NOT BUYING ANY SHARES
You do not recieve dividends because you own the shares - you receive the cash value of the dividend because this represents the cum and ex dividend value of the contract you have over the share
As for this

YOU ARE NOT BUYING ANY STOCK so there are NO shares you have bought through their platform for them to do anything with.
It is not surprising people get into trouble when they have very little idea or knowledge as to what they are actually doing.
