Looks to me like its close to the bottom of the rising trend channel evident on the daily/weekly charts. I initially thought this would occur in conjunction with the flagged cap raise but it looks like the soft market has achieved the desired result for those looking to re/enter PEK.
Good hunting in the low 60's with a view to holding for the upcoming drilling campaign.
