This is a very well managed co. in a very a tough space. At below a $1 it was an outstanding buy for trading or investment with a lot of risk to the upside and a great dividend to boot. However, right now I reckon its SP is trading where it should be and combined with the div reduction, I don't think there is a compelling argument to buy and at best its a hold..so think this is going to drift along for quite a while, and as such better opportunities are out there. Only my opinion and they're two a penny these days.
