No idea takuan, dont know the pension type/structure, still may not stop them from buying govt bonds or direct infrastructure investment though...drastic times call for drastic measures? Rebuild the country now, worry about meeting pension payments tomorrow! lol Seriously though it may end up being a very profitable investment for the pension fund given the right terms.
