I never said that KCN should drop the lawsuit, in fact I have said in earlier post could have let TAFTA rule may have even strengthen KCN's bargaining power in settlement.

Most holders including myself are in favor of Chatree restarting a soon as possible. Getting PRI claim monies and paying off the loan and the buybacks was great.. but it wasn't that long ago KCN had about $20+m... I thought that was getting low.. The SP at the end of November was flirting around $2, when extension to settlement of two months was granted. one can reasonably infer at that point two month extension equating two month delay to mine re-start and in my opinion that trigger correction in the sp..

I think it is positive news that management has taken a decision to proceed with mine restart without the need to settle. But you't cant ignore there is uncertainty out there putting a dent in sp... I can't wait for announcement on Finance and guidance on timeframes on re-start advice on refurb capex.. the sooner the better.
