    All things considered, fair, heavily over subscribed. SEGAMAN going to kill it! And yes we did NOT need to capital raise as per balance sheet. Which means SEGAMAN has a plan, civil war was executed and the best plan won, old rubs tossed to the curb as per a free capital society! Onwards and upwards!!! DYOR.
