Well, that is exactly the point. Think about our friend Kimbo's hyper-negative comments on FAR, while simultaneously boosting APCL. It was obviously going to result in a bit of schadenfreude re the latter company's troubles.
And your statement about poor Gambia is spot on. It is to Senegal as PNG is to Australia. That's why The APCL booster is so wrong. The current government has essentially just come down from the hills with warm AK47s in their hands. They are unlikely to be as concerned about the niceties of corporate governance as some would like them to be.
