Remember that the number of shares on issue have also grown singificantly, so looking at volume alone is not necessarily a true reflection of what is happening. However, there are techniques that you can learn in what is happenening to a stock via the volume. Look up volume spread analysis on google and start reading; ultinately, there are plenty of stars on the charts thread that do VSA whom you can learn off.
Short term, we are going no where until the rights issue is over. Fundamentals always will at the end of the day, drive the direction of a stock. Its good to see that this little baby is holding up consdidering the overall market. URA will be a performer but its difficult to evaluate the company at the present moment considering the macro-economic environment, under-going of the rights issue and the future developments of the company are not entirely clear.
