Yesterday we all had an equal share in the ADI pie.
As of a few minutes ago most of us just had our ownership stake in the ADI cut by 15%.........except for AWE and any other 'sofiticayted' types that were able to maintain their ownership %.
Think about it: not only did these 'big boys & girls' get to buy into ADI at an instant $800k profit, but the increase in shares outstanding reduced your ownership by 15%!!!
Now ADI is not be singled out for doing this kind of cap raising, but IMO this is totally against the interests of ordinary shareholders.
IMO this type of cap raising showed be struck out ofthe legislation and banned. Period.
