IMO it seems a great company to work for and a great company to be invested in. If you look at companies that do well, look for those with motivated staff who have good morale and are pleased with what they are doing. Next time you fly on an airline, listen to whether the cabin staff say like the management or are glum and full of gripes, look at staff turnover and retention rates. I've found that it seems to be indicative of the company's financial affairs...
