Ah yes ... the fan club expecting pie in the sky T/O share prices .... all any serious suitor need do is get these groups below on side through a Scheme of Arrangement (SOA) and the Proportional Takeover Provisions will certainly be put to the test IMO
Look at the list of Substantial Holders below who currently hold more than 40% of Starpharma between them; think about what their mission is - to make $$$ !
Like I have said previously, although these groups will have a big say in the takeover price if it eventuates, I would add that some on here might need to temper their expectations in what that amount / share price may actually end up being - just sayin'
