S&P and Nas pretty much held their big gains after Powell confirmed a Sep rate cut was on the table.
But the Great Rotation stalled, with DOW, DOWT (transports) and Russell2000 suffering a significant sell off after Powell’s comments, in the DOW’s case a 350 point late in the day drop from the daily high.
