It was all public knowledge before the deal that they had notes issued for a loan
When the price spiked it's no surprise they converted into shares
If holders listened to the many people telling them the deal instead of calling them down rampers they wouldn't be sitting on losses.
I have no sympathy for anyone holding ODN
