I had my cousin (double IT degree) run Windows diagnostics and hardware diagnostics.
He couldn't find anything.
Plus we already wiped the system clean and reinstalled Windows and drivers.
I had enough and bought new system, just setting up! Well, I am having a beer, my cousin is putting it together
