This particular situation is too close in timing and without clear evidence to the contrary and notification from ASIC that this is not a case of Insider Trading then it sends a clear message to all Directors that can flaunt the edges of ASIC investigation.

If I was an shareholder of a firm when this happened I would be furious and would expect that ASIC would advise.

The other day I contacted ASIC to tick a question about Fahour's sale of NAB prior to the Capital raising.
