What are Nuheara (NUH) worth?

We can all see on the right of our screen what Market Cap the current share price values Nuheara at. But can we find a better estimate of what NUH is really worth, one that doesn’t reflect the "what might be suppressed" share price?

In December 2016 just prior to the launch of IQbuds the Foster's stockbroking report valued Nuheara at an Enterprise Value (more on EV) of $42.5m AUD. Since that time the IQbuds have been launched into what by now is around 2,000 B & M stores and online sellers including Amazon. Significant capital has been raised and invested in stock and new product development. Declared revenue up to June 2017 was already around $3m AUD. Two new products are soon to be released to the market. How much more would the EV be now if it were calculated with the information we have from the past 12 months and the Christmas sales data soon to be released?

Another hint as to what the value of Nuheara might be is given in this article from October 2017 on the demise of Doppler Labs, the only direct competitor to Nuheara with a product that claimed all the same capabilities.

Inside the article you can read that Doppler "hosted a parade of potential investors and acquirers from all over the Valley, including all of the big five. Kraft, Lanman, and some high-level Doppler engineers took each group through the company's technology and vision, and gave them a demo of Here One.
Looking back, both Kraft and Lanman say they should have approached the process differently. "We were definitely irrationally confident," Lanman says. Kraft is more blunt: "We thought we were the shit." He won't share Doppler's actual asking price, but compares its fortunes to Dropcam, which sold to Google for $555 million in 2014. "We were signaling that we're not desperate at this point, so if you want us, it has to be proactive." That might be why, at the end of the meetings, everyone responded the same: they loved the tech, but wanted to see Doppler actually mass-produce and sell a product."

The reality is that Doppler Labs the company flared brightly and burned out. They spent too quickly and inefficiently, didn’t follow the market place, and had an inferior product to Nuheara's IQbuds. But if Doppler thought they were worth this back then prior to having a product actually released, and a group of possible acquirers including the big 5 thought enough of it to visit and listen, then what is Nuheara worth now?

Nuheara DO mass produce and sell a product.
Nuheara shortly will be mass producing and selling three products.
Nuheara's IQbuds are far superior to the product Doppler released.
Nuheara's IQbuds have won multiple awards at big Technology events.
The OTC legislation in the US has now been passed by the Senate
