I think you could be right, however looking at it from another angle, if a lot of people are disappointed and dont get their additional units (if they applied for some) above their entitlement, then there may be a lot of people using those funds to buy at the market price at that time in late September. I probably will as it still seems so cheap to me.
As long has it hasn't rocketed up as you say.
