BHP at most would want one asset, PH. I can't see why they'd pay 4 billion to get it.
The only non-cash flow positive mine happens to be Century, which produces 100 million pounds of zinc. So if they lose 5 cents they lose 50 million.. 10 cents.. etc.
So after selling another reasonable asset (Golden Grove) and future prospect (Martabe) they're stuck with the following:

Century
Sepon
Rosebery
Avebury (shut down, worth at most 50million)
