    If i was to mention a stock and suggest you keep your eye on it in the short term because of chinese whispers, would this constitute insider trading and if so would they prosecute me or the chinese whisperer?

    just asking coz a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend told me to keep my eye on XYZ stock..............
