Hi guys. Can' t be long now. The deal/announcement with NMDC should include a debt facility with a nominal amount for the purpose of acquisitions. Anything short of this and I believe we would be misled and some explaining warranted.
So far its just the time element and the fact Sharon mentioned that the independent valuer would be used to reach a deal with nmdc. This clearly didn't happen given the price reached.
