Shares dont have to be listed to be rewarded as part of employee remuneration package? It may as well be HS shares (non-listed, so it just represents ownership of the entity), they just have to do some forms etc. If HS goes float in a couple yrs time, their shares will be tradeable then. Or some private investors could take it off their hands. Like Russian investors did to FB or Zynga? i cant remember now
