The Bank doesn't get two bites at the cherry, they either return the shares and persue FAS to repay the debt, Or they keep the shares and repay the balance back to FAS after they have sold,
The figure thrown around by ANZ before was that Opes prime clients would be looking at a return of about 30 cents in the $1
