Money certainly coming back into the spec sector thanks to improving eco outlook. But I dont think that explains the recent action here, nearly 50% up in a few days. Something is a foot, either progress on the horizon and/or shorts closing because they have heard something.
Where is Mr 40-to-2, he will have to change his spiel to 2-to-3??
