'clearly' is a term out of context, but I understand why this perception exists.
bob stated at the AGM that 1A is achievable, but there is no doubt that 1A+, will achieve better rates and more debt
this is the delay. traxys and opaque are both distributors, and testing takes 6 months approx.
we wait.... will it be 1A or 1A+? Delaying, not committing to 1A is a smart call, IFF they can pull the next stage. But that sadly that leaves, the perception of ' damn nothing is happening '
lets see what happens on the 7th.
