    I tend to agree. An ann may be imminent no more time to close gradually while capping the SP, hence the late increased volume this afternoon. Let's wait and see. Or as others have been saying it could be another pump and dump in this range. IMO, and fingers crossed, it will be what we have been waiting for and news on funding. GLTH...
