Jeez your post started well, I agree it was mostly internal crossing.

But then you go on about CC, no one has talked about a long time, no one cares except you. All of a sudden perhaps the CC plant caused this huge trade, on a day of rebalance whilst LRS SYA PAR and many other all the same. Let's do away with that bit of blatant fearmongering. That was bit too obvious, right?

You know HSBC has 75M shares on the book, and they didn't sell down the previous year when ADN dropped out of the S & P All Ordinaries.

'Its a rebalance, with some shorters shares handed back'. Correct.. But this outcome is completely immaterial - the holdings have either moved to a someone who believes in the stock (great less shorters), or it has been moved to a sibling fund (and shorters can likely reborrow).

If he dumps into the 1c then well that's not very smart is it? At 1c, valueing his stock at $750K, the appetite will be greater than hotcakes; I'll take 10% myself.
