What we know is the Indians are coming and are left guessing why exactly. We have been repeatedly told the target is financial closure by June 30th so the clock is ticking on that front as well. The Indians may just be sightseeing and we could miss the deadline so both are in play for sure but underlying that is it a degree of confidence it will happen even if niti aayog still want a say imo.
