I see it as irrelevent now. The ASX has already claimed other breaches of the listing rules, I dont expect any relisting on the ASX unless:
1. ASIC takes over enforcement of the listing rules, possible in 6+ weeks
2. The court makes a decision, possibly 5-12+ months.
I dont think the 2 years suspension - automatic delisting could be done while still before the courts.

Legal proceedings take an extraordinary time to conclude. I recieved a Cheque recently in regard to HIH insurance; that took around 20 years!
