MSB's fundamentals? Underdeveloped or as yet non existent. MSB is still a high risk Biotech. It has now entered "no man's land." I believe the next 3 or 4 months will define the company one way or the other. Consequently I will not take on risk now and will only buy on good news. This is my opinion only.
