Talaxis committed to take 85 million shares. If I understood correctly, the first 85 million shortfall shares will go to Talaxis and only the shortfall above 85m to Paterson.
85 million = 38m fro ECE and 47m from the rest. 47m is still 20% of the 234m new shares (=274m - 38m).
That means Paterson only get shares if less than 80% of the other new shares are taken. That´s way I still think that possibly Paterson get nothing.
